Well, grandpa asked me today on the phone about my weekend, but it probably would've taken about 15 minutes to explain it all. Overall good but stressful. It started on Friday, I had a really fun night with Stephanie, it's truly amazing when you can find a girlfriend who after knowing eachother longer than 10 years can make you laugh so much! We always have SO much fun together, i'm so glad we're eduring this college thing together. Shes become one of my best friends, as well as someone who I don't have to work at maintaining a relationship with everyday, meaning after 2 days of not really chatting we're still as close as we were the last time we spent time together. I've really needed a friend like her, and i'm happy I finally have one! Friday night we had dinner at Steph's house with her family, and rented a movie and stayed in. Lots of Lauging, thats for sure! :) Saturday started with the Apple tree pruning, which was much easier and more fun than I thought it'd be, then luch, and off to Dad's new house to help out the family. I was ALMOST there, coming up the hill to the house as I Nicole's car parked on the side of the road, and then see Spencer's car in the ditch, looking like at any moment it is going to roll over and down this super steep hill. I immediately parked and got out of my car, and before i know it Spencer was hugging me telling me it was okay, and trying to keep me calm. I asked if everyone was okay, and he said yes, Oreo(the dog) and Conner were in the car. Which really freaked me out knowing Conner can't really communicate when something is wrong. Everyone seemed fine though, apparently spencer turned his head for a split second to move something Oreo was sitting on and next thing he knew, he was in a ditch. Luckily, the car wasn't damaged at all, but this just added to the amount of money Dad and Nicole have been spending, because they had to call a tow truck. It could've been much worse though, and we're thankful it wasn't. After I arrived I took Conner to get something to eat as well as something for the rest of the family while they waited for the tow. This meant I had to drive 20 minutes back towards the capital into town, to get food. Oh well, I was being helpful! Conner and I arrived back at the new house where they simply ate, and we got back into the car and I had to drive back where I had just come from to the hotel in Lacey. Too much driving, and gas! Once we all arrived back at the hotel we saw all the guests standing in the parking lot. We wondered WHAT NOW....yeah, the laundry room in the hotel was on fire...so we waited about 10 minutes and decided to go over to Lowe's and help Nicole pick out mirrors for the house.(by the way it was Nicole, Spencer, Conner, and me this whole time) That was BORING!! Oh well..I was helping! That's what i kept in mind all day. I'm doing this to help my family. Well we finally arrived back at the hotel around 5:30 when Spencer, Conner and I rested for a bit while Nicole ran a few errands on her own. After she got back we went to dinner and back to the hotel for a bit and I ventured off to Seattle around 8:45. I got there in an hour!! I was so happy to know it didn't double my time coming from Olympia. I went to bed as soon as I got there, the day really wore me out! Sunday I went to church with Dean and when we got back it was time to go to his concert, which was amazing! Everything was so easy! I got my ticket after only waiting about 30 seconds, walked around Benaroya for a while until the doors opened, took my seat, and waited for it to start. Marvin Hamlisch was conducting, funny guy! I actually really enjoyed the music, unexpectedly! It was very upbeat and fun! Dean's choir was very good too. The seats were good, and close. I have nothing to complain about! Dean and I are gonna try and go to one in April or May when Hamlisch comes again so Dean can be in the audience this time if anyone else wants to join! My weekend ended with some homework and finally a good night of sleep! Hope everyone else had a less stressful day on Saturday! Trust me, Pruning an Apple tree is the least of your worries! ;)
Love you all!
